Name of Technique:Dragon Wave

Description: This is a kido strike made from kido and forced into a combat kido. This strike sumons the Black dragon of the Sword Omni Reign uses, and forces it into a kido and runs at the opponent with the Kido ball and jabs the kido into the ground, forcing Omni Reign over the opponents head giving him an opening advantage.
